Abdominal Workout
After careful examination of the way the abdominal muscles work and years experimentation, I've determined the best way to strengthen and tone the front abdominals. Fortunately it requires no equipment and, far from being hard work, it is perhaps the most pleasant activity of all. Further, as we now know, spot exercises (those focusing on a small group of muscles) do little to reduce fat in the area of focus. Rather exercising the large muscles or many muscles at once works best to reduce fat over the whole body.
Those two ideas lead inescapably to the conclusion that frequent, vigorous, friendly activity with your loved one results in perfect abdominals. That is good news -- great news.
