Strength Training
Strength training is the heart of many home gyms. The idea is twofold:
- increase your strength
- increase the size and definition of your muscles
You can reach for the stars to sculpt a magnificent body. For centuries free weights were the only method to achieve that. Now, equipment is more sophisticated and you are able to target finer muscles and groups. But the idea remains the same: push your muscles to their limits so that your body rebuilds them stronger, larger and with more definition.
